Keller Geoteknikk AS is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a solid background in geotechnical engineering.
We are looking for someone who can not only plan and manage projects, but who also understands how geotechnical work is actually carried out on-site.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, plan and execute major geotechnical projects
- Manage the project’s finances, progress, contracts, HSE and quality
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and other partners
- Stay closely involved in the operational execution on-site
- Participate in bid preparation and contract negotiations
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to profitable growth
- Contribute to the further development of Keller Geoteknikk
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant university degree or higher, preferably as a geotechnical engineer
- Experience in geotechnical fieldwork and practical project execution
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of finance and contracts
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality assurance
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English

Travel and commuting are to be expected.
